Grown on Tetramythos' wild, north-facing slopes above the Gulf of Corinth, this Roditis opens with lemon blossom, ripe apple, and a whisper of honeyed pear. Time on the lees in inox gives it a saline, mineral edge beneath the fruit, while grapefruit and a touch of bergamot keep things zesty. Medium-bodied with lively acidity and a clean, dry finish.
