Tityros: in the Doric dialect, the Satyr. Roditis is built for the mountains. Acid, energy and enough resilience to hold its character under the Greek sun. Tetramythos doesn’t try to turn it into something else. They let it speak for itself. White-fleshed fruit, citrus, a touch of blossom. Textural without weight, with crunch and a slightly salty, bitter edge on the finish. Not trying to be anything more serious. Doesn’t need to.
