Blackberry, blueberry, spicy notes, liquorice and subtle oak that never overshadows the fruit.

GROWN ON: Sandy loam topsoil, clay subsoil

MADE HOW: 15-day extraction, ageing in 300 L American oak barrels (45%), 300 L French oak barrels (45%) and inox tanks (10%) for 12 months
