Grown at high altitudes on Tetramythos' organically farmed slopes in Ano Diakopto, the Muscat Sec Nature reinvents the variety as something dry, electric, and precise. Kumquat, honeysuckle, and bergamot mingle with gingerbread spice, and a whisper of the marine. The palate is a crystalline with an almost cidery grip. Vibrant acidity balances the ripe orchard and citrus fruit, finishing long and with a surprising smack for such an aromatic grape.
Serve it chilled with spicy food or spicy friends.
