The nose leads with wild strawberry and grapefruit peel, then a lick of brioche and crushed violet. The palate is dry and tightly wound — red fruit, high acid, with a chalky, savoury finish. Serve it cold with something salty and it will out-punch most rosé fizz at twice the price.
