Tityros: in the Doric dialect, the Satyr. Shepherd, creature of the woods and companion of Dionysus. Fruit and character from three white grapes, with the skins setting the tone. Citrus, blossom and herbs mingle with a subtle bitterness and grip, while lively acidity and salinity keep the wine fresh and moving. An orange wine with depth but no weight, made to be easy to drink and keep the table moving.
