A field blend made from rare red and white varieties (some of which have tantalisingly odd names like Trifiliatiko & Voudomato, some of which you'll recognise like Mavrotragano & Fokiano) the Pleiades gives us a gastronomic rosé (look peach, umami & wax) to rival the greatest coming from France's lauded south. Onion-coloured, with slightly more blush than most rosés in this category, and a delightful fleshiness—you can almost feel the grapes between your lips, the juice bursting from their sun-split skin.
