Pera-Meria, or Peramare, is a wider area of Ikaria made up of ten small villages. This is where the grapes for Peramare come from — an early-harvest, dry rosé-ish wine made from the local Fokiano variety.
Native yeasts and minimal intervention keep it fresh, lively and balanced, with pomegranate and rose leading the way. A wine that captures Ikaria in its own way: wild, aromatic and full of character.
