Here we have an Assyrtiko that from early on shows the dizzying loveliness of a long-aged white wine.  Elevated in inox on fine lees for 8 months and named after the estate, the flagship Ktima Flamourou arrives in waves of sun-dried fruit and wild herbs, beeswax and smoke, all with mouth-filling oiliness and a pleasantly oxidative end note.
