Santameriana is a super rare white grape named after the village of Santomeri in Achaea.  Grown biodynamically on steep, rainfed schist slopes, this wild-fermented dry white is bright and enticing, with lemongrass, green grape & pineapple notes lifted by the sharpness of citrus peel and laced with crushed-stone.  Serve with white cheeses, mezze or egg-based fair.
