Assyrtiko from Anatolikos Vineyards. Lemon, green apple and white peach on the nose. On the palate, it has the intensity and acidity you expect from Assyrtiko, but remains light and very easy-drinking. A touch of salinity and subtle minerality add depth without overpowering the fruit. A lovely example of a vibrant Greek wine.
